Don John (b 1981, Denmark), is a Danish artist based in Copenhagen.
His works of art mainly depict transforming animals, people, nature and civilizations. The motives create exciting stories about certain culturally bound ideas, and with the beautiful mix of darkness, fragility and innocence, the paintings most of all resemble dreams.

"My attention with my art is to stimulate the thoughts and emotions of the viewer, and to shatter the greyness of the city and everyday life."
